Th e proposed centra l courtyard layout will provide a n up grad e in overa ll plant character that will improve th e current landscape
e nvironm e nt to in crease safety throu gh removal of mature trees that are approaching the end of their life spa n that may pose
a safety ri s k. Th e goal is to repl ace any removal of mature trees with an equa l or higher quality plant s pec ies to provid e a better
experience for the vi s itors. All mat ur e trees that ca n be sa ved will be preserved or relocated within the improvement areas.
An arborist to provid e tree report to furth e r dete rmine the pre se rv ation, di s position and relo cation of mature trees. Detai led
landscape plantin g plan will be develop ed ba sed upon th e observations from th e arborist report. -

greater benefit to the users and is an overall improvement to th e guest experience. Adult pool shape is to remain the sa me . Additiona l
