GENERAL NOTES
Verification of Dimensions: All written dimensions toke precedence over scaled
dimensions. Prior to commencement of construction, all dimensions to be verified
and the designer to be notified of any discrepancies in dimensions before
proceeding with construction.
Codes:
"This project shall comply with the 2013 edition of the California
Building Code of regulations (CCR); Title 24, referred to as the California building
Standards Code which adopts the following codes with
California amendments: the 2013 International Building Code (IBC), 2013
International Residential Code (IRC), 2008 Uniform Energy Efficiency standards,
2013 Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC), 2013 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), and
the 2013 California Electrical Code (CEC)." 2013 California fire code and shall
comply with all adopted city codes & ordinances.
Construction Details: Where no construction detaiis are shown or noted for any
part of the work, the details shall be the same as for other similar work. Verify
with designer.
Workmanshio: All work shall be done under responsible supervision by craftsmen
skilled in their respective Trades, who shall exercise care and judgement and use
their experience to produce first quality workmanship.
'These plans and all work shall comply with the California Building Standards Code
found in the State of California Title 24 CCR as amended by the City.
