Project Description
The proposed Conditional Use Permit would allow for the development of a sixteen
lane indoor shooting range and an accessory gun store in a 13,932 square foot
building at 2717 Loker Avenue West. The shooting range would occupy 12,252
sq. ft_ (82% of the building) and the gun store would occupy 1680 square feet
(12% of the building). All uses would occur inside the building and there will be no
modifications to the exterior of the site.
