The project site is approximatel':J 1.13 acres in size, and supports natural vegetation, and disturbed areas. Two of the three lots are proposed for sin9le-famil':J residential uses, and the remaining lot is proposed as an open space lot. The topa9raph':J of the site slopes moderate!':) from a hi9h point near the northwestern propert':) corner at 73 feet in elevation, to a low point near the southeastern propert::J line at I foot in elevation.
