The texture, color, and materials used shall be harmonious with the Spanish or Mediterranean motif. All structures located in the Car Country area shall comply with the following deSign !mlndards: Exterior walls shall incorporate design elements that are consistent with the Spanish or Mediterranean architectural styles.
