RESOLUTION NO. 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
LOAN OFFERED BY THE CITY OF CARLSBAD THROUGH THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad directed
hat the sum of $5,000.00 be appropriated as a loan to the Carlsbad
.edevelopment Agency ("Agency") by the establishment of the Redevel-
pment Agency Administrative Fund subject to various terms and
onditions; and
WHEREAS, the sums in such fund may be paid to the Agency
;ubject to certain terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Redevelopment
igency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby accepts any sums paid to the Agency
15 a loan from the City's Redevelopment Administrative Fund on
:he terms and conditions set forth in Carlsbad City Council
:esolution No. 3958.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
larlsbad Redevelopment Agency held the 21st day of September ,
976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Directors Fmzee, Lewis, and Skotnicki.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Director Cas1 er.
ABSTAINED: D-i rector Pac kard.
