RESOLUTION NO. 4
RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE CITY COUNCIL'S ALLOCATION
OF FUNDS FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OPERATION
FISCAL YEAR 1977-78.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and the Carlsbad Redevelopment
Agency have entered into an agreement establishing City-Agency
re1 ati onshi ps, and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides for City fiscal and technical
support to Redevelopment Agency operations on a reimbursable basis,
and
WHEREAS, said agreement established a Redevelopment Agency
Administrative Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
approved a budget request to fund Redevelopment Agency operations
during fiscal year 1977-78, a copy of which is attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Carlsbad Redevelopment
Agency that the Council approved 1977-78 budget allocation is
hereby accepted under the terms and conditions of the City/Agency
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Agency
directs its Executive Director to cause such funds as allocated to
be transferred to the Agency Administrative Fund as maintained by
the City's Finance Director.
