RESOLUTION #3
YEIEREAS, tb City of Carlsbad has immediate need of
a Building Inspector, now
THEREFOREj BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
appoint I, E, Gro-nseth as Acting BuSlding Inspector for the
City of Carlsbad; effective b”mdiately tb Acting Bailding IhSpect-
or is authorized to inspect pending construction to determine
compliance with past recognized building practices; the Acting
Building Inspector is authorized to issue permits for future
construction, said pe-mits to conform to past recognized build-
ing practices and the California Eousing Act and assessable at
past established Fees for zoned. areas within Carlsbad; said
buildhg permits shall be subject to past established zoning
regulations; the Acting Building Inspector is to earn no pay
and is hereby authorized to incur reasonable expenses in per-
formance- of his duties.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of July, 1952, by
the fo1lorriing vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Sutton, Castorenap Grober,
Ede, Mapxr XcClellan.
