TXHEEiEAS, on the 21st day of February, 1953, Nr. and Mrs, G. C.
Hill of 3643 Adams Street, Carlsbad, California, made application to
the City Council for approval of the plot plan and design for the di-
vision of their property; and
b?HZiBAS, the Planning Corrunission of the City of Carlsbad at the
regular meeting held on the 13th day of April, 1953, did recoamend that
the City Council approve the plot plan as submitted;
NOW THEREFOBE, BE IT EESOLVED, that the plot plan and lot design
as submitted by HP. and Mrs, G. C. Hill in their application dated Peb-
mary 21, 2.953, be and the same hereby is approved by the City council ’
of the City of Carlsbad.
