RESOLUTION #-’&
MHEREAS, the Carlsbad Sanitary District has, pursuant to
court order, been dissolved and merged with the City of Carlsbad as
of June 3, 1953; and
WHZREAS, the Treasurer of the City of Carlsbad is required by
the Improvement Act of l9Zl to issue bonds for that improvement
commenced in the City of Carlsbad by the Carlsbad Sanitary District
as is described in that court proceeding captioned UDelavan J. Dickson,
Treasurer of the County of San Diego, Plaintiff, versus City of Carlsbad,
Carlsbad Sanitary District, John Does One to Ten, Defendants, Warren H.
Cyowell and George W. Weedon, doing business as Crowell, Weedon & Co,,
Intervenorsu ;
NOV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of
Sectlon 23008 of the Government Code of the State of Ca.lifornia, the
City Treasurer is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into an
agreement in the name of the City of Carlsbad with the County of San
Diego for the purpose of having the Treasurer of the County of San
Diego perform the %allowing services:
1, Prepare, supply and complete a ledger for recording the bond
assessments .
2, Mail bond notices to all bond obligees.
3. Complete the assessment roll incident to the issuance of such
bonds.
4. Pplnt and issue such bonds,
5, Perform any other required services incident to the original
issuance of such bonds,
BE IT FURTHER FlESOLVED, that the Ciw Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized to expend a sum of money not exceeding One Thousand Five
Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars for such services,
