WHEFEAS, W. ROY PACE, IS THE DULY EI;ECTED TREAS- OF TRE CITY
OF CARLSBAD:
W'HEREAS, certain additional administrative functions are required
of him,
NO%?, THEREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED that W. ROY PACE be paid compen-
sation for additional adlriinistrative functions of the City of Carlsbad
in an amount of 8265.00.
this resolution until the end of the current fiscal year ending June 30,
Said compensation to be paid pursuant to
19%.
BE IT FUilTHER 3ESOLVED that the City Treasurer or his duly appointed
deputies be the only person or persons authorized to receive cash funds
for the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURT,%R EESOL'VED that the City Treasurer perform such other
administrative duties as are delegated to him by the Ordinances of the
City of Carlsbad, Motions of the City Council and a City Clerk Admini-
strator.
BB IT FURTIHER Rl3SOLVED that the compensation herein provided
shall be substituted for, and in lieu of all other compenl;ation hereto-
fore authorized to be paid to the City Treasurer, W. ROY PACE, in any
capacity, EXCEPTING that the 835.00 heretofore authorized as payment
to the City Treasurer for his services as such City Treasurer shal'L
continue as heretofore.
BE I?! FURTHER F33SOfiVED that this resolution shall take effect
from and after the 1st day of November, 19%.
BE IT T'UIITmB IIESOLVED that the City Treasurer be required to
devote his full time and attention to the performance of these duties.
