RESOLUTION NO. 544
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REJECTING ALL BIDS AND DECLARING THAT THE
WORK CAN BE PERFORMED MORE CHEAPLY BY DAY LABOR, AND THAT THE PUBLIC UWRm DEPARTMENT BE
AUTHORIZED TO SUBCONTRACT.
W, on the 20th day of April, 1959, the City Clerk, after having
