RESOLUTION NO. 783
A RESOLUTION QF THE CITY
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING THE MASTER STREET PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th
day of October, 1961, adopted Resolution No. 226, recommending the amendmer
of the Master Street Plan for the City of Carlsbad, contained in Resolution
No. 276 of the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 1961, at 7:30 arclock P.M. the
City Council held a duly advertised public hearing for the purpose of hearing all
persons interested in or objecting to the amendment to the Master Street Plan
as proposed by Resolution No. 226 of the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Carlsbad, as a result of
testimonies and evi nce given at said hearing, concurred in the findbgs of the
Plannfng Commission in City Council Resolution Ma. 779; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad does hereby amend the Master Street Plan as follows, to wit:
(a) Buena Vista Avenue between"Pio Pico Drive and Highland Drive
is hereby designated a local street;
(b) Las Flores Drive is hereby designated a secondary street,
including the projection of Las Flores Drive from its present easterly
terminus to an intersection with Highland Driyej
(c) Highland Drive is hereby designated as a secondary street for a
distance of approximately 350 feet northerly of the intersection of
Highland Drive with Buena Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to certify
a copy of this resolution and attach the same to the Master Street Plan so as
to. certify the same as a duly adopted amendment to the Master Street Plan of
the City of Carlsbad.

2ouncil held on the 21st day of November, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
