HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-01-02; City Council; Resolution 8718 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. a71 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF LINDA ESTATES UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 26th day of December, 1962, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map of Linda Estates Unit No. 2 subdivision be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd day of January, 196 3, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tmtati-re imq of LINDA ESTATES UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, subject to the following require- ments and conditions being performed by the Subdivider: 1. AI1 domestic water supplied to this subdivision comes from the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision are connected to the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. The sewer and water lines are not laid in the same trench in any part of this subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 5. One [ll standard six inch f6") fire hydrant shall be located at the South East corner of Monroe and *'A7' Streets. 6. That a wharf type hydrant be placed at the extreme end of each Cul-de sac for the purposes of preventing sanding and fire protection. 7. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of January, 1963, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, McPherson, Neiswender and Hughes.
