RESOLUTION NO. 903
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF OCEAN VIEW
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 23rd
day of April, 1963, disapproved the tentative map of Ocean View Subdivision;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 7th day of
May, 1963, considered the findings of the Planning Commission, and the
recommendations of the various departments of the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map of
OCEAN VIEW SUBDIVISION, subject to the following requirements and
conditions being performed by the Subdivider:
1. All domestive water supplied to this subdivig on shall be supplied by
the Carlsbad City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by the
Carlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part
of this subdivision.
4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as
to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.
5. One (I) Standard six inch (6") hydrant shall be located at the Southeaz
corner of Donna and Ocea View Drives.

9. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance prior to
issuance of building permits on any of the lots.

provided along the easterly line of proposed Lot 11 to connect with the existing
water system in Seacrest Estates, Unit No. 2.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of May,
1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara and Neiswender.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes.
