WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 28th day of May, 1963, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map of CHESTNUT HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 4th day of June, €96 3, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map of CHESTNUT HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, subject to the following requirements and conditions being performed by the Subdivider: 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part of this subdivision. 4.
