RESOLUTION NO. 933
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
QF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DECLARING THE CITY COUNCLL'S INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
f 011 ow s :
1. That the City Council does hereby declare its intention to vacate
a portion of Pi0 Pic0 Drive located within the City of Carlsbad, California.
2. That there is a map and plan on file in the office of the City Clerk
open to public inspection, showing particulars of the proposed vacation.
3. That a public hearing will be held at the City Council Chambers
of the City of Carlsbad, at 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Carlsbad, California, at
7:30 o'clock P. M., on October I, 1963, at which will be heard all persons,
interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council at a
regular meeting held September 3, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hu
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
