Home My WebLink About1964-05-05; City Council; Resolution 101911 1: 1: 3: Id 1! 3.t 1: I€ 1E 2c 21 2% 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 1019 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISION REGARDING CHANGE OF ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM ZONE R-1 TO ZONE R-1-7.5 R-1-8, R-1-9 AND R-1-10, WHEREAS, on the 24th day of March, 1964, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 345, which is herewith referred to and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, on May 5, , 1964, a duly advertised public hearing was held as prescribed by law to consider the reclassification from Zone R-I(Sing1e family residential) to Zone R-1-7. 5, R-1-8, R-1-9 and R-1-10 (Single family residential) of property described on Exhibit **Ar', attaclr hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as the area encompassed wit1 in the proposed subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Council received all recommendations and heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed change of zone classificat~ NOW, THEREFORE* the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the Planni Commission contained in Resolution No. 345 constitute the findings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council certifies that the approval of the proposed change of zone classification is necessary to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060 as amended. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare .ts intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the proposed change of zone Aassification.
