RESOLUTION OF THE CITY comcrL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ABOPTEMG BUIXET FOR EXBENDITUFiE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FWD TO CITIES
WEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the
city Of Carlsbad , hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to ES the Department, on March 24 , 19 - 6~ for expenditure of State-allocated rslnds; and
WHEREAS a proJect statement has been prepared and was submitted to the Department Qn April 3 9 19L4 showing the estimated expenditures o to be made during the lga- __s_ 64 f9sea.l year; and
May 8 in accordance with the project statement submiteed by the City; and
such funds recommended
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on 1964 - has been presented to the City Council
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget, as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contenks thereof';
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds during the 19--& fiscal year.
