A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PROHIBITING THE PARKING OR STANDING OF
TRAILERS ON CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND PARKING AREAS ADJACENT THERETO FROM THE NORTH TO THE SOUTH JETTIES,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car1sba.d
%S follows:
I, No person shall allow or cause a trailer to be parked or
left standing on Carlsbad Boulevard or any parking are2 adjacent
:hereto in the area thereof between the North and the South jetties,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
:ouncil held August 4th, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender and Jardine.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes. /?

These normal step increase shall be granted upon recom-
endation of the Department Head and approval of the City

Compensation of the City Clerk is fixed by ordinance as
$150.00 per month, and for the City Treasurer $35.00 per month,
Additional compensation for extra duties of the City Clerk and
the City Treasurer shall be as follows:

In accordance with Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1040 the COR-
pensation of the City Manager is hereby set at $1,025.00 per
month, as of August 1, 1964 and further in accordance with Sec-
tion 2.39 it shall be the duty of the City Manager to devote
his entire time to the duties of his office in the interests
of the city.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of August,
964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, Neisw ender, Jardine and Hughes.
NOES: None
ABSENT : Councilman Atkinson
