A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIINCIIJ OF THE CITY QF CARLSBAD APPOINTING - PERSON TO PREPARE ALL PROCEEDINGS ,
(Proposed P%sessment District No. 5-1964)
RESOLVED that ST[!ART C. %ILSON, be, and he is hereby appointed
s attorney to prqare all resolutions, notices and other papers and
roceedings for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter
uthorized by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for the pro-
osed imprc"t of Assessment District No. 5-1964 in said City of
arlsbad; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said STUART C, NILSON shall.
*eceive as comgensation for the doing and performance of said work
he sum of two per cent (2%) of the contract price, not including
.ncidentals; hut in no event shall the amount of compensation, which
.he said STlfART G. WILSON shall receive, be less than ONE IWNDRED
)cSLLARS ($l.OQ.OO); and
BE IT FIJRTHER RESOLVED that said comFensation shall be paid

of the "Improvement Act of 1911" in carrying through the proceedings
for the work- herein contemplated,
BE IT FURTHER R,ES@LVED that all o€ the compensation for usual
services, and exclusive of extraardinary services, being so allowed
to STUART C, WILSQN, as provided by law, shall be paya~ble to the
General Fund of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at am adjcursned regular meeting held on November 4th,
1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender and Jardine.
NOES: None.
