A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C RLSBAD OVERRULING ALL PROTESTS ON T ASSESSMENT, CONFIRM- ING THE ASSESSMENT AND CONFIRMING THE REGULARITY OF PROCEEDINGS.
(Assessment District No. 2-1962)
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of Januarys 1965, the Engineer of Work
led with the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad hjs assessment to
present the cost and expense of the work and improvement for the
rk done upon those streets and properties in the City of Carlsbad,
dered by Resolution No. 967 of the City of Carlsbad, and as said

re particularly described in Resolution of Intention No. 957; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad has duly given

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has taken saic
isessment under consideration and has received all oral and documen-
try evidence, and any and all protests,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of th

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all proceedings prior -to the date o
earing, relating to said assessment, and all acts and determinations
f all officers and employees of the City of Carlsbad, in relation tc
aid assessment, be, and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Engineer of Work is hereby
ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and diagram to Sim J.
Harris CS., the Contractor, forthwith upon the payment by him of
the balance of the incidental expenses due thereon, and the warrant
shall bear the date of this order.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
2nd day of February, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Atkinson, Jardine, Neiswender, Dunne and Hughes.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
