that Resolution No. 1003 is hereby rescinded, and that Wayne P. Lill,
RESOLUTION NO. 1117
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 1003 OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 2-1964)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work sha
be taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Improvement Act
of 1911" under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Wayne P. Lill be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and
the district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improve=
ment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayne P. Lill is hereby directed
to denominate said plans "Plan for Sewerage System in Terramar
Sewer District, Assessment District No. 2-1964", and that said
Engineer shall designate said specifications for such proposed im-
provement, ''Contract Documents and Specifications, No. 2-1964 in
Terramar Sewer District".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare an estimate of the cost for the con-
struction of said work and improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he
is hereby directed to prepare a wage scale to be paid to persons
employed in the construction of said work and improvements.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
' of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 76th day of Marchs
