A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
DIRECTING THAT CER ST'REET WORK BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION AND TO
THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER OF WORK.
CALIFORNIA

WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City Council of the City of Carlsbad
has adopted its Resolution No. 1141 ordering certain street improvements, said
work being more particularly described in its Resolution No. 1120 and shown
on plans (which include profiles and detailed drawings) designated "Plan for
Sewerage System in Terramar Sewer District, Assessment District No. 2 -1964'
Project No. 4-1, Drawing No. 141-5, consisting of thirteen (13) sheets, and in
accordance with said plans and with the specifications for said work, which are
designated "Contract Documents and Specifications, No. 2 -1964 in Terramar
Sewer District", on file in the office of said City Clerk; and
WKEREAS, it is desirable that said work shall be done under .&le direction
and to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work, and that the materials used
shall comply with said specifications and be to the satisfaction of said Engineer
of Work instead of the Superintendent of Skeets of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that said work shall be
done under the direction of and to the satisfaction of said Engineer of Work and
the materials used shall comply with said specifications and be to the satisfactic
of said Engineer of Work instead of the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Cpuncil held on the 18th day of a$., 1965, by the following

ABSENT: Councilman Hughes.
