RESOLUTION NO. 1150
WHEREAS, this City Council by its Resolution No. 1128 adopted
on the 6th day of April, 1965, declared its intention to order the
construction of certain street improvements and appurtenances and

the Streets and Highways Code, and in said resolution fixed the l8thf
day of May, 1965, at the hour of 7.30 P.M., in the Council Chambers
g// appurtenant work under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of
MHEREAS, all persons desiring to appear and be heard have bee?
heard, and this City Council has taken evidence relating to said pro-
posed work, the boundaries of the proposed assessment district and

the benefits to the property to be included in the proposed assess
ment district, and is fully informed in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, 1 27/1 California, DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follow : 1 28

Section 1. That protests or objections have not been made by
the owners of one-half of the area of the property to be assessed
for said proposed work.

changes are to be made in the boundaries
district or in the work proposed to be
the assessment district are defined and
2stablished as the boundaries described in the resolution of inten-
tion, to wit: Resolution No, 1128, and the work proposed to be done
is likewise defined and established as the work described in said
Resolution No. 1728, and reference is hereby made to said Resolution
\o. 1128 for a full and complete description of said work and of the
assessment district and for further particulars.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be entered upon the
minutes of this city Council.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 18th day of May, 1965,
by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting,
by the following voteg to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, Neisw ender, Hughes,L Mkinson and Jardine.
NOES :None.
ABSENT: None.
