A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF GRECOURT TERRACE SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on
the 11th day of May, 1965, recommended to the City Council that the
tentative map of Grecourt Terrace Subdivision be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 18t
day of May, 1965, considered the recommendation of the Planning
Commi ss i on.
NO\, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci
of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tenta-
tive map of GRECOURT TERRACE SUBDIVISION, subject to the following
requirements and conditions being performed by the Subdivider:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall bc
supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be
sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same
trench in any part of this subdivision.
4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdi
vision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.
5. One (1) standard six inch (6”) fire hydrant shall be
located at the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Grecourt Way.
6. All distribution utility facilities within the boundarie
of the subdivision shall be placed underground as required by
ordinance.
7. Ornamental street lighting shall be provided for as
requi red by ordi nance.
8. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinan
prior to issuance of building permits on any of the lots.
9. Location, grade and details of proposed improvements as

required for improvement plans, and approval of the map will not
imply acceptance as submitted.

10. All improvements shall comply with the standard plans
and specifications of the City of Carlsbad.
11. Street paving shall consist of two (2) inches of
asphaltic concrete with stone chip seal coat laid on four (4) inchel
of decomposed granite base.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed
