Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Car1sba.d
1. That the action of the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad in passing Planning Commission Resolution No. 393
allowing over night camping at FOX'S Snug HZLT~OT, subject
to certain %ems, conditions, and limitations, is hereby
reversed, and the saiJ requested conditional use perrsiit is
denied .
2. The facts and reasons which, in the opinion of the City
Council, make the reversal of said Planning Commission
resolution and the denial of said conditional use permit
necessary to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance
No.

the shore of the Agua tiedionda Lagoon until the master
plan presently under process of development has been
adopted and considered.
If the instant request is granted, additional requests
