A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
MENT ORDERED BY RESOLUTION NO. 1151 OF SAID CITY COUNCIL.
(Assessment District No. 1-1964)
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR MORK OR IMPROVE-
I I WHEREAS, this City Council on the 18th day of May, 1965, duly
adopted Resolution No. 1151 ordering the following work to be done o
improvement to be made, to wit, all that certain work or improvement
described in Resolution No. 1128, duly adopted by this city Council
on the 6th day of April, 1965; and i 1 i
i NHEREAS, pursuant to and in accordance with said Resolution
i No. ?751, a notice inviting sealed bids or proposals for doing said
work or improvement was duly published and posted; and
MHEREAS, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M., June 14, 1965, at
the Council Chambers of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
2960 Pio Pic0 Drive, Carlsbad, California, all sealed bids or pro-
posals for said work, which were delivered to the City Clerk, were
publicly opened, examined and declared by the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk submitted her report of the result of
said bidding to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on June 15,l
1965, the regular meeting of the City Council next succeeding the 1
the opening of the bids; and

NHEREAS, this City Council finds that said resolutions were I
I I I duly adopted and contained the matters and things required by law
and that all notices required by law have been duly given and all
hearings required by law duly held and that each and every step in
the proceedings prior to and including the opening of said bids has
been duly and regularly taken and that this City Council has duly

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: I 1

lowest regular bid for said work of any responsible bidder and that
said bid is accompanied by a good and sufficient proposal guaranty I which is satisfactory to this City Council, and this City Council I
does hereby award the contract for said work to the above named
bidder, at the prices named in the bid of said work to the above
named bidder, at the prices named in the bid of said bidder.
