RESOLUTION NO. 1201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIYE PARCEL MAP FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

I MHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the I

14th day of Decembers 1965, recommended to the City Council that the
tentative map of Parcel Map be approved; and
i WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2lst ! day of December, 1965, considered the recommendation of the Planning i
I Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tenta-
tive map of Parcel Map, subject to the following requirements and

conditions being performed by the Subdivider:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be

supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be
sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench
