A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AND FILE APPLICATION FOR PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL DISASTER ACT (PUBLIC LAW 875,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
THAT JOHN J. MAMAUX, City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the City of Carlsbad, a public entry
established under the laws of the State of California, this appli-
