WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, did, upon I the 1st day of March, 1966, adopt plans and specifications for the
construction of certain street improvements, and appurtenances and
appurtenant work on Acacia Avenue in said City, from its intersection; i

NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That the general prevailing rate of per diem wages
in the locality in which said work is to be performed for each
craft or type of workman needed to execute the contract for said
work is determined to be as follows, to wit:

Hydro-Hammer or similar type equipment operator.
Power Concrete Saw Operator.
Roller Operator (Compacting) .
Screed Operator.
Txenching Machine Operator (Up to 6' depth capacity,
bulk cement).
