RESOLUTION NO. 1261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TO PERMIT THE REGISTRAR OF
FIED SERVICES TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON JUNE 28, 1966.
VOTERS OF SAID COUNTY TO RENDER SPECI-
MHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election is to be held in the

WHEREAS, all necessary expense in performing this service shall be paid by the City of Carlsbad;
NOM, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 22003 of the Elections Code of the State of California, this City Council hereby requests the Board of Supervisors of said County to permit the Registrar of Voters to prepare and funish to said City, for use in conducting said election to be held on June 28, 1966, the imprint ing of the names and addresses of the registered voters of said City on I.B.M. polling place inserts furnished by the City and after burs ing the forms to insert the polling place insert and sample ballots into envelopes, all to be furnished by the City.
