BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the City Clerk be order-
ed to send a duly certified copy of this resolution to the applicant
at the address shown on the application for variance; that a copy
hereof be mailed to any other parties requesting notice of this act-
ion, and that a copy be attached to the Planning Commission file
and made a permanent part thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular adjourned meeting of
the City Councjl of the City of Carlsbad held on the 8th day of
June, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilment Neiswender, Atkinson, Dunne and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
