FIRMING THE REGULARITY OF PROCEEDINGS. ALL PROTESTS ON THE ASSESSMENT, CON-

12// more particularly described in Resolution of Intention No. 1197; andl
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad has duly given
notice of publication and maiiing in the time and manner provided by
law of the filing of said assessment and of the time of hearing
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has taken
said assessment under consideration and has received all oral and
documentary evidence, and any and all protests, relating to the
assessment proceedings heretofore had, and the proper completion of
the work and improvement for which the assessment has been issued.
NOirl, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad that all protests, if any, as the same appear
upon the minutes of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at the
date set for hearing, be, and they are hereby overruled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all proceedings prior to the date
of hearing, relating to said assessment, and all acts and determina-a
tions of all officers and employees of the City of Carlsbad, in re-
lation to said assessment, be, and the same are hereby ratified and
confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said assessment and the diagram
I and warrant attached thereto, be, and the same is hereby confirmed
by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Engineer of Work is hereby
ordered to deliver said warrantg assessment and diagram -to PERRY
ELECTRIC CO. forthwith upon the payment by them of the balance of.
the incidental expenses due thereon, and the warrant shall bear the
date of this order.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbab at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of September, 1966,
by the following voteg to wit:
