RESOLUTION NO. 1363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP OF EL CAMINO MESA UNIT NO. 5 SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on
le 10th day of January, 1967, recommended to the City Council that

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 7th
3y of February, 1967, considered the recommendation of the Planning

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
f Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentativl
2p of El Camino Mesa Unit No. 5 subdivision, subject to the follow-
ng requirements and conditions being performed by the Subdivider:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be
upplied by the Carlsbad City Mater Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be
?wered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid tn the same trench
n any part of this subdivision.
4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivisi
o as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.

indicated upon the tentative map will be subject to revisions as
required for improvement plans, and approval of the map will not
imply acceptance as submitted.
11. The subdivision shall be developed as one unit, unless
otherwise approved by the City.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed
to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail,
addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tenta-
tive map.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Conncil of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
7th day of February, 1967, by the followfng vote to wit:
