RESOLUTION NO. 14.50
RESCILUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALI- FORNIA, ADOPTING JOIITT POWERS AMENDMENT NO. 1
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the Joint
Exercise of Powers Agreement between the City of Carlsbad
and the County of San Diego, creating the Carlsbad Building
Authority, be amended to reflect a correction in the descrip-
tion of the
Agreement ; '.

THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as fol- I
Section 1. That the Joint Powers Amendment No. 1 to
the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the City of
Carlsbad and the County of San Diego in the form attached in
the form of Exhibit "A" hereof is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Carlsbad are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said amendment and to forward a copy of said amendment to the
County of San Diego for its approval and execution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November,
1967.
