WHEREAS, on December 19, 1967, a duly advertised hearing was
ield by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at which time the
Xty Council considered the recommendations of the Planning Commis-
sion, heard all persons interested in or opposed to the adoption 01
the precise plan, and considered all factors relating to the adop-
ti on thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit,
of Carlsbad as foll ows :
A. That the precise plan, marked Exhibit IIB", attached heret
entitled "Precise Plan No. PP 6707", is hereby adopted as the
precise plan for the area shown and described in said Exhibit I'
subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
1.
Precise Plan shall be placed underground as required by
City standards.
All distribution facilities within the bounda

indicated on the Precise Plan will be subject to revision
as required for improvement plans, and approval of the Plan
