NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit, of Carlsbad as foll ows : A. That the precise plan, marked Exhibit IIB", attached heret entitled "Precise Plan No. PP 6707", is hereby adopted as the precise plan for the area shown and described in said Exhibit I' subject to the following conditions and restrictions: 1. Precise Plan shall be placed underground as required by City standards. All distribution facilities within the bounda by the City. 3. Location, grade and details of proposed improvements as indicated on the Precise Plan will be subject to revision as required for improvement plans, and approval of the Plan does not imply approval of such improvements as shown thereo 2 of the subgrade and shall be as designated by the City Engineer.
