(1)) A1 1 buildings constructed in this subdivision shall he sewered hy the Carlsbad Public Sewer Sewer Systen e (c) Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part of tliis subdivision. Prol)er drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water, Yo additional fire hydrants will be rcquired at this time.
