RESOLUTION NO. 1506
A RESOLUTION OF TIIE CITY COlINCIT, OF TIE CITY OF
CARLSEA9 APPROVING TE:.JTATIlE SQR9IVISICN MAP,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
I, That it does hereby apgrove the tentative subdivision
map on property located on the Wortheasterly corner of
Tanaract Avenue and Pi0 Pic0 Drive, srihject to the
following requirenents and conditions being performed by
thc subdivider:
(a) All domestic water supplied to this subdivision
shall be su2:plied by the Carlsbad City Plater
GeTartment .
(1)) A1 1 buildings constructed in this subdivision
shall he sewered hy the Carlsbad Public Sewer
Sewer Systen e
(c) Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the
same trench in any part of tliis subdivision.
Prol)er drainage shall be maintained throughout
the subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or
storage of surface water,
Yo additional fire hydrants will be rcquired at
this time.

follows :
Beginning at the intersection of Tamarack Avenue and Adams Street
as such streets are shown on Map 1681; thence South 61'20'45" West

28'29' West, 30. 00 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of
Tamarack Avenue being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
