RESOLUTION NO. 1600
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD MAKING FINDINGS AND ORDERING REMOVAL OF VEHICLES AND PARTS THEREOF AS PUBLIC NUISANCES. .. .
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
IS follows:
1. The City Council held a public hearing on March 18, 1969,
which was continued to April 1, 1969, pursuant to the
provisions of City of Carlsbad Ordinance No. 5042 and
Section 22660 of the California Vehicle Code.
?. All notices of said meeting were given as required by law.
3. At said public hearing, the City Council heard all facts and
testimony presented from all persons who desired to be heard,
The City Council hereby finds that the following vehicles or
parts thereof have been abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, or are

inoperative on private of public property and does hereby order
the same removed from the property as a public nuisance and
disposed of by removal to a scrap yard or automotive
dismantler's yard:
