RESOLUTION NO. 1635
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD INDUSTRIAL ‘PARK. OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING’TH TENTATIVE MAP OF
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on
the 24th day of June, 1969, recommended to the City Council that the
tentative map of the Carlsbad Industrial Park be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the
15th day of July, 1969, considered the recommendation of the Plannin
Commission;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said
tentative map of Carlsbad Industrial Park, subject to the
following requirements and conditions being performed by the
Developer:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied by the Carlsbad City Mater Department.
2. All Buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer system.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part of this subdivision.
4. Proper drainage shall be maintained through out the subdivision, so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.
5. Fire hydrants shall be installed for fire protection as required by the Fire Department.
6. Rights-of-way shall be as shown on the Tentative Map, with street names approved before filing of the final map.

11. Location, grade and details of proposed improvements as indicated upon the Tentative Map, shall be subject to revisions as required for improvement plans, and approval will not imply acceptance as suhmitted.
12. Street widths as shown, are satisfactory.
13. All improvements shall comply with the Standard Plans and specifications of the City of Carlsbad.
14. Street pavement structure in all internal streets shall be designed to support the anticipated commercial traffic use. Street pavement structures in El Camino Real shall meet the San Diego County Road Department Design standards, shall be of sufficient width to provide one (I) parking lane and one (1) driving lane, and shall meet the pending County Improvement of El Camino Real.
15. Concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all streets. Concrete cross-gutters shall be located as required for drainage. Cross-gutter widths shall conform to City and County requirements.
16. A Sidewalk, no less than five feet (5 ft.) in width,
shall be located contiguous to the curb along E1 Camlno Real only; no sidewalks shall be required within the subdivision.
17. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shall be installed.
18. Surface drainage of storm waters in El Camino Real shall be satisfactory. Surface drainage of storm waters in a71 other streets to points of concentration will be satisfactory. Adequate inlets and conduits will be required to carry concentrzted drainage waters from points of street concentration through easements to existing natural drainage channels with erosion protection beyond, as needed.
19. Water mains, including one-inch (1 in.) diameter minimum services to each lot shall be constructed as required by the -City.
