A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUYCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1568 REGARDING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO, 1,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. City Council Resolutio No, 1568 is hereby amended by
changing the date on which affected property owners
must be ready to receive underground service from
October 15, 1969 to March 15, 1970,
2. City Council Resolution No. 1568 is hereby amended by
changing the date by which the Council orders the re-
moval of all poles, overhead wires and associated
overhead structures, the underground installation of
wires and facilities for supplying electric, communica-
tion, or similar or associated service within Under-
ground Utility District No. I, and the reconnection
thereof, from on or before November 15, 1969 to on or
before April 15, 1970.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council held Auqust 19 .. , 1969, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Castro.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman McComas.
