That the granting of such variance would only serve to weaken the City‘s Sign Ordinance, and it’s enforcement. 27 28 29 30 31 32 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California held May 19, 1978, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: Cmn. Castro. Mayor Dunne, Cmn. McComas, Jardine and Lewis.
