5 BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
6 Carlsbad does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Depart-
ent of General Services of the State of California to purchase 711 I %!thirty-six (361 885x15 six (6) ply nylon tires for and on behalf
91of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section 14814, Government
loiCode, and that William C. Baldwin, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
Il/authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests
42'and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of
13'lthe City of Carlsbad.
