RESOLUTION NO. 1818
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF; CI?RLSBAD A!!ENDING COliNCIL RESOLUTION 1727 REGARDING PERSONXEL RULES AKD REGULATIONS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does resolva as
follows:
1. Section 5 R.ule 11, Section 2 of R~le 111, 2nd Section 13
of Rule X of City Council Resolution 1727 are hereby re-
pealed.
2. Thz first two (2) sentences of Section 4 Rule IT/ of City
Council Resolution 1727 are anandad to rsad as follows:
"Employees shall be considered for compnsaticn adjustment
within their res2ective compensation ranges in accordance
with the following schedule:
Step 2- at the satisfactory completion of their probation. ary period in Step 1, except that departmsnt head:

Personnel shall be considared for compensation ad-
j ustmsnts witkin their respective conpensation ranges at the satisfactory com7lstion of the firs1 six (6) month of their probationary period.

The first ssntence o€ Section3of Rule X is amended to read

"All eligible uniformed Fire employees workin2 shifts
shall be entitled to a vacation bas5d on the 1en::th of
time of their enployment by the Cit>rp based on the fol-
lowing scale:
