RESOLUTION COMMENDING ETTA WOODARD, WILLIAM THOMPSON AND COMMITTEE IN ORGANIZING AND SUPERVISING THE CLEAN- UP OF CARLSBAD'S BEACHES.

WHEREAS with the cooperation of the schools, churches and

1l'!workers, the Carlsbad Fall Clean-up Campaign of the Beach Area in

21 does further hereby urge the future continuation of all such activi-
11 221 ties which make Carlsbad a cleaner more beautiful place to live.
