RESOLUTION NO. 1887
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GARDING CHANGE OF ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN ? DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM

WHEREAS, on the 27th day of July, 1971, the Carlsbad City
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 714, which is herewith
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1971, a duly advertised public hearin
was held as prescribed by law to consider the reclassification from
Zone I'M" to RD-M (Residential Density-Multiple) Zone, and that the
zoning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of said Ordinance
No. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly on the following des-

Lots 9, 10, 11, Industrial Tract, Map 1743 all in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, also being known as Assessor's Parcel Numbers9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 79, Page 070, Assessor's Book 204.

WHEREAS, the City Council received all recommendations and
heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed change

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
DOES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 714 constitute the
findings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
ieclare its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the
3roposed change of zone classification.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 17th day of August, 1971, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewi.s.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
