DENYING APPEAL OF DECISION OF PLANNING COMMISSION RE-

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
z as follows:
1. Appellant DONALD A. BRIGGS, Jr. appealed to
the City Council the action of the Planning Commission regarding
his herein mentioned application - Planning Commission Resolution 1
No. 767 aud 768.
2. All steps required by law in connection with said applica-
tion and appeal have been complied with.
3. Said appeal and application are denied and the fo77owing
action in regard thereto is taken:

4. In the opinion of the City Council the following facts
and reasons make the denying of said application necessary to
carry out the general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060 as amended:
1. The proposed development is in conflict with the densities suggested in the adopted General PI an.
