A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE
on the 13th day of June, 1972, recommended to the City Council that
the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 72-14, Su-Casa, be approved
MAP OF CARLSBAD TRACT 72-14. (SU-CASA)
1. That all conditions set forth in City of Carlsbad Ordinanc
9269 (a specific plan) shall be met prior to the issuance of any permi-:
for grading or building, unless otherwise stipulated herein.
2. That a landscape and sprinkler plan shall be submitted
to the Parks & Recreation Department prior to installation and shall
be subject to the approval of the Parks & Recreation Director.
3. The applicant shall be subject to the payment of fees
in lieu of park dedication prior to the approval of the final map.
4. A condominium subdivision map in accordance with the State
Map Act and City Ordinances shall be recorded for this property.
5. Applicant shall install ornamental street lights, street
trees and sidewalk.
6. The existing wharf head fire hydrant on Marina Drive
shall be replaced with a standard steamer hydrant in accordance with
Fire Department requirements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the

ject to the following conditions: ->

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subdivider shall furnish
he U. S. Post Office, Carlsbad, California, with a copy of the final
ubdivision map.
AND FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed
o place a copy of this resolution, in the usual course of mail,
ddressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tentative
lap.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
f Carlsbad at an adjourned, regular meeting held on the 5th day of
uly, 1972., by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilman Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES: Councilman Chase.
