ABSENT : None. 0 3025.259 RESOLUTION NO. 3.024 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DETERMINING THAT PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 28 OF DIVISION 7 OF THE CALIFORNIA STRl3ETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE AND UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 7037 OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD SHALL BE ABANDDNED CANNON ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-1970 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves as follows: 1. Pursuant to resolution, a public hearing was held on October 30, 1972, and continued until November 2, 1972, on the creation of an underground utility district. 2. After public hearing the report of the Engineer of Work was ordered modified and by Resolution No. 3010 , the City Council ordered that these proceedings continue on the basis of . I. EXHIBIT 1 - 3025.259 (Streets CERTIFICATE OF CLERK and Highways Code Section NQ FEF I, MARGARET E. ADAMS, City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad certify as follows: 1. Attached is a true copy of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad abandoning proceedings for the creation of an underground utility district and the conversion of overhead electric and communications facilities. 2. Such resolution of abandonment was adopted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 21st day of November, 1972. 3. The original resolution of intention proposing the creation of such underground utility district was adopted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on September 29, 1972. 4. The map of the assessment district including the proposed underground utility district, was recorded with the County Recorder of San Diego County on October 2, 1972, as file no. 264073.
