A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISION REGARDING SPECIFIC
SALES FACILITY ON PFOPERTY LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF AVENIDA ENCINAS , NORTHERLY OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. (Dealy)
PLAN (SP-103) TO DEVELOP A MOBILE HOME
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of February, 1973, the Carlsbad C ty
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 868 which is herewith referred
to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on March 6, 1973 a duly advertised Public Hearing
was held in the manner prescribed by law to consider Specific Plan (SP-103)
to facilitate a temporary Mobile Home Sales Facility on property described
as :
The southerly 178' of the northerly 298' of Parcel "B" of Parcel Map No. 642, City of Carlsbad, re- corded October 12, 1971 as. Document No. 234454 of Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California; and,
WHEREAS , the City Council received a1 1 recommendations and heard
all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of the
"City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and has been
declared to have a non-significant impact on the environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES HEREBY
DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the Planning Commission
contained in the aforementioned Resolution, const tute the findings of the
City Council of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Counci
that the approval of the proposed specific plan is necessary to
out the general purpose of Title 21 of the Municipal Code.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subject Specific Plan approval is
subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of the conditions 1 isted
in the Planning Commissions' Resolution No. 868.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the 6th day of March , 1973, by the
following vote, to wit;
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
